• Smoked chicken breast

Chop the shallot finely and fry gently in a little oil until transparent. Add a dash of Ketjap Manis and season the dressing with Ginger Edik. Slice the smoked chicken breast, arrange on a bed of bean sprouts and pour the shallot and Ginger Edik dressing over it.
